- catashtrophe Added December 08, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a consult with Dr Vadaddi. He is a very nice and probably a knowledgeable man however he prescribed a drug I was allergic to which we called him to let him know so he could treat me appropriately. However after following up a couple of times via calling and emailing the clinic never got back to us after confirming they would definitely call us back ASAP. I sent in a feedback letter which I never got a response to. As a health professional I am pretty disappointed, I understand that doctors can be busy but not to the extent where it would take more than a month to get back to us especially because I have a serious illness! This is the fault of the doctor AND the receptionists. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money and my expectations were not met. My next appointment was coming up so of course I had to cancel because I had not even received the prescription for the first appointment.
