  Got the "Total Care" $89 wash - Total waste of money. It had been washed, but was covered in spots with complete areas missed or washed in a very half-arsed way. Pointed out to the staff and someone came over and re-washed the specific area I'd pointed out. Found more areas not washed properly and said that I wasn't going to go over the entire car pointing out where it hadn't been done properly and that it certainly wasn't a wash worth $89. Reply was "No refunds". I'm not an unreasonable person - I don't expect every single nook and cranny to be spotless but when I'm paying nearly $100 for my car to be washed, I expect it to be done properly.
  I've had my car washed here before and they did an ok job (not great, but ok), hence the 2 star review rather than the 1 star they'd have gotten based just on my latest experience.
  Update: Reduced to 1 star. Used the centre console for the first time since taking my car here. Perfectly fine beforehand - now, broken. I'm not even going to waste my time raising it with them - pointing out that a crappy job was done *at the time* got me nowhere so going back a few days later despite being absolutely certain that my centre console was not broken beforehand will only achieve aggravation. Additionally, despite having specifically asked whether my boot would be included (reply "yes, everything's included"), apparently moving anything at all is not included as underneath a fairly light container in the boot is absolutely covered in leaves.
  That I'd prefer to just pay to get the bit they broke fix rather than have to go anywhere near this place again pretty much sums up my thoughts here.
