We also ran into him at the junior race and he helped our son with a broken seat post bolt issue and got him going again (very creative way of temporary fixing the issue with what's available for the weekend) He was able to continue the event for the remaining weekend.

Despite challenges related to sourcing the necessary parts and I'm sure an already busy schedule of bike repairs and maintenance they did everything possible to get us back on the road ASAP. I had regular messages from Graeme and the team to update me on the progress and timelines and I really appreciated the support they provided me personally after a pretty stressful experience. Following on from their service, we had a wonderful time cycling the trails of Bright on perfectly repaired bikes. Thanks for everything guys - I'm disappointed that I can't become a regular customer.
